Discover everything there is to know about Genshin Impact’s Clorinde, a sparkling electro five-star from Fontaine, including her build, lore, and release date, right here.
There are other personalities in Fontaine outside the courtly spectacle that most people miss, such as Clorinde, also known as Captain R, from Genshin Impact. Here is all we currently know about the character, which we first saw in a recent trailer. We also meet her in Fontaine.
Speculation on the Clorinde release date for Genshin Impact
Here’s the most recent rumor on Clorinde’s anticipated release date in Genshin Impact, which has been circulating for some time:
Predictions at first
She was supposed to appear in-game versions 4.3 and 4.6, but those releases passed by without her.
Recent speculation
As of right now, rumors indicate that Version 4.7 will likely be launched on June 5, 2024 (if there are no delays). It’s not quite certain if she will appear in the first or second half of the version’s character banner.
It’s crucial to keep in mind that all of this is dependent on unofficial and leaky information. Although June 5th seems plausible, the timeline is subject to change at any time by the game’s creator, Hoyoverse.
About Genshin Impact Clorinde’s construction, what do we know?
When we first noticed Clorinde in the Version 4.0 special program, we recommended a solid collection of Thundering Fury artifacts, and that still seems to be her best option. She can also see with her own eyes, and when she initially appears, her Iron Sting sword is charged with electricity, indicating that she is an electro-user.
Clorinde may switch between two attack types when in her Night Vigil state: she can use piercing pistolet assaults to build up Bond of Life and a strong lunging sword attack to clear her Bond of Life and replenish her HP. She gains healing benefits during her “Night Vigil” state, although they are applied to her Bond of Life rather than her HP.
Last Lightfall
Clorinde gives herself a Bond of Life based on her maximum health before darting away and using her rifle and saber to strike foes in an area of effect while causing AoE electrical damage.
Hunter’s Vigil – Impale the Night
The effect of Clorinde’s Bond of Life is determined by its current percentage value:
Execute a standard lunging strike while the Bond of Life value is zero percent.
Clorinde obtains healing based on the Bond of Life value when it is less than 100% of her maximum HP. It also causes her AoE to expand and deliver more damage.
Clorinde employs Impale the Night: Pact when the Bond of Life’s value is 100% or more of her maximum HP. The damage and area of effect of the lunge both increase as the healing multiplier increases.
Furthermore, healing abilities other than Impale the Night will not work on Clorinde while she is in the Night Vigil state; instead, a Bond of Life equivalent to a portion of the healing she would have otherwise received will be created.
Arkhe: Ousia
Clorinde’s Swift Hunt bullets deal Ousia-aligned electrical damage to targets when they strike. At the position hit, she can summon a Surging Blade.
What are the best Clorinde weapons?
With her own distinctive weapon, Clorinde is a five-star unit. She is at her strongest in the Absolution sword slot. When she launches into the game, we’ll provide an update, but there will be lots of options.
Weapon | Effect | How to obtain |
Absolution [five-star] | Bonus stat- Increases crit damage | Weapon banner [alongside Clorinde] |
Skill- The crit damage dealt by Clorinde is increased by 20%. Clorinde’s damage is increased by 16 percent for six seconds when the value of her Bond of Life is increased. Three stacks of this are possible. |
